Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all included accessories and documentation.

Contact our customer support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your guitar back.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the instrument in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring there is ample padding to prevent movement during transit.
Shipping and Insurance
Ship the package to our designated returns address using a trackable carrier, and we strongly recommend purchasing full insurance for the value of the instrument.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the guitar, we will process your refund or store credit within 3 to 5 business days, minus original shipping costs.
